REECIO’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction to Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions (these “Conditions”) carefully before accessing this website (this “Site”) or purchasing our products. These Conditions also apply to your purchase of our products through Amazon. Your use of this Site and your purchase of our products constitutes our “Services”.

products through it and Amazon, you hereby consent to be bound by these Conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these Conditions, you are advised to refrain from

3. Placing Orders for our Products

For the purposes of these Conditions, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them:

By placing an order for any of our products, either through this Site or Amazon, you represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are capable of forming a contract.

To place an order for our products, you will be required to submit certain personal information or data that will be used to process your order and deliver it. 4. Pricing and Availability

The prices of our products (aside from Amazon) are listed in the Australian Dollar (AUD) and are inclusive of the relevant GST. All products are subject to availability. If the product is out of stock, we will inform you of the estimated date of availability. If you place an order, you have made an offer to purchase from us. Your offer to purchase any product through our Services will be binding upon our email confirmation of your order.

Reecio reserves the right to revise the prices of the products at any time prior to accepting an order. The prices quoted may be revised by Reecio after accepting an order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in Customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond Reecio’s control. In that event, you will have the right to cancel your order.

5. Order Cancellation, Refunds and Returns

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to:

• Product availability;
• Errors in the description or prices of products;
• Errors in your order; and
• If we suspect any fraudulent activity in your transactions.

On the other hand, you may also cancel your order on Amazon in accordance with the cancellation policy set out on www.amazon.com. If you purchased our products from this Site, you may cancel it before the product is dispatched for delivery. 6. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

11. Your Suggestions, Ideas and Feedback.

You assign all rights, title and interest in any suggestion, idea and Feedback (collectively, “Feedback”) you provide to Reecio. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, you agree to grant Reecio a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Reecio. We have no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Reecio shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, products or services available on or through any such website or services. 13. Termination of your participation

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, if you breach these Conditions, any applicable law, your representations and any third party rights. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.

The products provided by Reecio and the information available through our Services are for convenience and informational purposes only. They should not be construed as substitutes for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Although the products are carefully manufactured to suit their purposes, we do not warrant to you that they are medically fit. 15. Disclaimer of Services

(ii) the product will not contain errors or omissions in relation to the prices, product descriptions and specification
(iii) the third party links on the Site are safe or secure
(iv) the Site will not contain viruses, bugs or trojan horses
(v) any information you submit to us is 100% safe from third party breaches, and
(vi) the Site will, at all times, be available.

16. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, Reecio’s entire liability and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Conditions and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through our Services or 100USD if you haven’t purchased anything through our Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Reecio or its suppliers be liable to you or third party for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Services, or otherwise in connection with any provision of these Conditions), even if Reecio or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

Some states laws do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party’s liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

17. Indemnity

You, at this moment, agree to defend and hold Reecio (our suppliers, employees, subsidiaries and stakeholders) harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, expenses, proceedings and demands, made by any third party as a result of your use of our Services, or your breach of these Conditions, your warranties or applicable laws.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Conditions and your use of the Services. Any disputes arising from the Services that are not resolved informally shall be brought to any court located in the state of Queensland, Australia.

19. Entire Agreement

These Conditions (along with the referenced agreements and policies) represent the entire agreement between you and Reecio regarding the subject matter hereof. It supersedes all contemporaneous understandings and agreements between you and Reecio (whether written or oral) that may have existed before it.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Conditions is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such a provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

21. Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter – nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

22. Changes to these Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Conditions at any time. If a revision is made, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new changes taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Under no circumstances shall Reecio be liable to you or any third party for any failure or delay to provide the Services or other obligations under these Conditions, which may be caused by forces that are beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, pandemics, riots, government restrictions or actions, earthquakes, floods, and other acts of God.

Reecio will communicate with you in various means, including via emails, texts and posting messages on the Site or other means. By using the Services, you hereby consent to communicate with us electronically, and that any electronic communication made to you will satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
